I remember Harald Alvestrand (RARE MHS Project) some long time
ago proposed to register and use ADMD=COSINE (or R&D or RARE or something)
in all R&D MHS countries. He did not get much support then.....

Even if it is not possible to establish such a common address base (ADMD)
for all R&D MHS participants, we should continue the work to establish
a common platform regarding quality of service and connectivity for
the R&D MHS Service, as suggested by PAP.
