Several people have pointed out the existance of the source of the routing
protocol which I missed in looking through MIB-I.  The tool I used to poll
some routers didn't show it and my quick look in the MIB document I used was
too quick.

Only one person so far claims to have a tool for troubleshooting routing
problems.  There must be a lot of smoothly runing nets out there ;-).
