What I'm looking for is BrouHaHa.  There was an article on this by
some gentleman (name escapes me at the moment) in the 1987 OOPSLA
proceedings.  I've tried e-mail but it bounces.  Any information on
how to get a copy of this Smalltalk VM would be appreciated.
