One of our programmers is looking for a routine or two that someone may have
written that allows for a float compare that has a little intelligence,
ie, compare two numbers that are not exactly alike, but within a specified
range.  Something like compare two floating point numbers to 6 decimal places.

If anyone has some routines that may fit this bill, please send me some e-mail.
