No, but Berkeley has a freely-available and redistributable version in
source form; that's where Sun got it from.  (PD != "Freely available and
freely-redistributable".)  Get 4.3BSD or 4.3-tahoe or 4.3-reno source,
or see if you can get the "AT&T-free BSD source" stuff and see if it's
there.
