Hm. Was it Mike Farren's Crystal Quest that has a Tiny font with all the uppercase done already, or was that Keef the Thief? Anyway, such fonts exist. Anyway, yep. That's still doable; the lowercase characters won't be too pretty, but the uppercase will be OK. Its only 20 of the possible 78(?) extra pixels of overscan, which means if you were running on your own screen, and borderless you could do it pretty easily, and it would be a handy mode. Moreover, if you (now or later) make JRComm compatible with one of the better resolution optional displays, you could do a spectacularly good job at 1024^2.
