This is especially noticeable when you try to install the Atime, Amouse programs in the autoexec. I have not spent a lot of time trying to track the problem down, but can recommend you either 1) start the Amouse.com program manually, or 2) place a wait in your startup-sequence that pauses until the bridgecard is past it's POST (memory check) and shows the handler message. I execute a separate startup-pc script that waits about 45 seconds before starting the Amouse and Timeserv processes. You may have to reboot a few times and time the PC side to get the wait accurate. I've been toying with a couple of ideas for synchronizing the two machines a little better, but a little experimentation with WAIT will probably solve your problem.
