	Help, I'm trying to host my first Empire game.  I have version 
2.2w.  No one can call in!  I tried to open empserv then seremp then empire
from workbench.  I get the TR light on my modem, but it won't answer incoming
calls.  I tried running everything from cli as well, but with no more success
I have even set the correct stack!  What am i doing wrong?
