Well some may find it hard, but I(for my self) find that practice helps. It took me some hours to get reasonable control of the vehicle, but I seem to get better and better. Also, there is a forcefield with variable strength, one can switch on that will keep the ship in the centre of the track, but I would not recommend starting with this, as at least I need the practice in steering first! I have always used mouse, so I do not know if the game lets you control with joystick. But I would think it to be impossible to control the ship with such a device. Anyway, I like it a lot, but think one should try it somewhere with the amount of time to find out what it is, before purchasing it.(Some like it, some don't)
