I work in an Amiga store. The week that ULTIMA V came out, a kid came in with
a problem; the program saves the game to the copy-protected disk that you
boot with! He tried to save a game and got a disk error. We managed to make
him a copy using the OmniTool in Project D, and he went home happy, but I
have a SEVERE prejudice against games that save to a copy-protected disk.
I know that U V is a fab game, but if I were to buy it, I certainly would
play ONLY from a backup. WHEN will they learn?????? Hmmmph.
