I decided to get crystal quest for X-mas. It's a lot of fun to play, works great on a 3000 under 2.0 (and this from a game written 2 years ago!) HD installable, and exits cleanly back to WB. And NO COPY PROTECTION AT ALL! click on the icon and play... Actually this is one of the few games I've ever seen the uses a interlaced screen (Ralph Reed's Mechforce is the other). A good fun, mindless arcade game done right. Which brings me to my other point. I would like to see the names of the people who do the ports of game not designed on the amiga on the game box before we buy them. I (and others) can sure attest to the fact that I will never buy another Micro Magic port after seeing what they did in porting Autoduel. As far as I can tell the only two names to trust are Mike Farren and Eric Hyman (who did a real nice job porting SSI Gettysburg and Chickamuga games, both of which work under 2.0 despite being writen under 1.2, and also did a good job with Nuclear War) Now mike, if you could just get that 2.0 bugfix for SAE... robert lindsay robert@alliant.uoknor.edu
