	Using PATH ADD will add a directory to the end of your path- what if
you want to change something in the MIDDLE?  You have to reset the whole darn
thing.

	As far as ARP goes, the Commode (sic) commands were out of my C 
directory within hours of my machine's setup.  Never had a problem with them.
