If it only - works with other LiNK systems, it's not worth much. - - Has anybody on this net found LiNK useful? Any tips? Yeah, you need another ST running LiNK in order for it to work. I have it running on my BBS (which will be back up at the end of January). I like LiNK and I wish more people would use it, although some complain that there are a few problems with it. Some people have even used Ymodem-G successfully with it. People I've talked to (mostly on Fidonet) use LiNK without TURBO16.PRG because they blame TURBO16 for the problems. It's incredible, though, seeing something like 500cps on a 2400bps modem. Oh, and read the docs. ;^) It tells you that you need another system running LiNK and how to engage/disengage it. -- Ed Krimen ............................................... ||| Video Production Major, California State University, Chico ||| INTERNET: ekrimen@ecst.csuchico.edu FREENET: al661 / | \ SysOp, Fuji BBS: 916-894-1261 FIDONET: 1:119/4.0
