Yes Bob I did mean to say the Star services _only_ cost $us4.95 per 
month. I agree the rt's off peak charges are only $us6.oo per hour and 
it is cheap at that cost. 
 
May I suggest you read issue 551 of Z*Net, and read the Z*Net New Zealand 
section. This will give you my views and say the bandwith here.
 
I for one have had a drop and a BIG one in charges ie my monthly bill 
on GEnie with the introduction of the Star Services.  This new service 
has saved me over $us75.00 per month as email is a star service now.
