I have been notified that the file ESSENTIAL.TEX requires a style file for
handouts called HNDOUT.STY.  The DECUS TeX collection includes this style file,
but I have no idea whether the Atari ST collection has this style file.  I have
uploaded the file HNDOUT.STY to the atari.archive server, so it should be
available shortly.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
