It's a commercial product that retails for $30.  It comes with STeno, 
a great little text editor.  The latest version, 2.06, includes a
miniBBS in STalker that runs in the background.

The package is well worth even the $30 retail price, but you can find 
it mail order for less.  I got it several months ago from my local 
dealer for $17.
