I'd like to compile a list of key sequences that are useful under GEM.
I can never remember the keys to do a screen dump or a warm start, and
they're always hard to find in the manual.  Plus I suspect that
there are some that aren't even in the manual.  So I'll start this off
and anybody who has any to add please join in.  I'll post a summary if
I get any e-mail replies...
