I've been downloading files to my ST via Z-modem, and 'arc' files have unpacked with no problem. When I try to unpack 'lzh' files, however, the various unpackers keep choking on the files---usually some sort of CRC or CRC-header error. I've tried several different 'lzh' de-archivers as well as several different 'lzh' files---no go. In particular, I have gotten the "starter" package from atari.archive, supposedly the 'recommended' set of de-archiving tools, and have been able to get LHarc 1.02 from this. But LHarc 1.02 still chokes on any 'lzh' file I give it. (As a size note, arc602 from the "starter" package works fine, so it's probably NOT a problem of unpacking the "starter" archive wrong.) Does anyone have any idea what's going on here?!? Since so much stuff is 'lzh' packed, I'd really like to be able to unpack them. Please E-mail your responses, since I havn't been reading news too often recently. Thanks in advance, -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------ William R.
