This is the second time I've seen a request for this info in this group.
The first was during a brief time that I kept up with it in the Spring.
Then I left for several months, and just picked it up again this morning.
I sent the guy in the spring some of the critical stuff, but I don't
know if I still have it online anywhere.
If I type it all in again, perhaps I will upload it to CompuServe,
and perhaps some kind soul here would volunteer to convey it to an
anonymous-FTP site and/or to a newsgroup archive machine.

How pressing is your need at this time?
I probably won't get to this for a while.
