After reading Derek S. Nickel's post on his Internals
document I immediatly ftp's to the HPBBS. However 
I did not find it.  There is no user.programs 
directory (actually there are no subdirectories in /pub)
and consequently no note 184.

Undaunted I then tried telnet.  I successfully
logged in as a new user (I'm an ftp vet but a telnet
neophyte) and again failed to find note 184. I found *lots*
of other posts, but not the one I was looking for.

Okay, I give...What did I miss?  Secret handshake?
Gotta be a Free Mason? What?
