CARD INFO SOUGHT*(128K Ram, OZ-8200 Case?) Summary: OZ-8200 User Seeks Info on Sharp 128K Ram card and OZ-8x00 Case Keywords: wizard Message-ID: <6209@kd4nc.UUCP> Date: 7 Jan 91 01:29:41 GMT Organization: KD4NC HAM Packet Radio Gateway Lines: 26 I received a flyer from Sharp today on their Wizard Products. After picking through all the old stuff, I noticed that they are advertising the 128K Ram card.. --Does anyone have it.? --Does it work OK?? --How much did you pay?? Has anyone found a suitable case for the OZ-8200 or OZ-8000 I purchased a small "Day-Timer" leather folder and cut out most of the pockets (required to make the 8200 fit inside the case). It fit pretty tightly since I had saved one pocket to possibly hold some I.C. Cards.. Unfortunately the zipper failed after only a few days of very infrequent use. It looked really nice, though.. It should have for $55. I am thinking of ordering another and cutting out ALL the pockets, to see if it will last.. I bought one of those "Men's Clutches" at a luggage shop for a friend as a birthday gift to house his OZ-8200.. It's soft leather and too thin to really afford any protection.. also far too large to hold an OZ-8X00 unit without it rattling around loose inside.. I did not like it's appearance! -- Doug Drye KD4NC
