Rick,

After logging into the HPBBS (via "akcs") you should:

(General) Main: join user.programs
   .
   .
   .
(User.programs) Main: read 184
   .
   .
   .

You would then "attach" and "download"

These step are not the easiest thing for a new user to handle, but are
really quite simple.  I belive several people have already reposted my
stuff to c.s.h. as well as other ftp sites.
