Controller: Future Domain TMC-840 Tape Drive: Exebyte 8200 or Sony SDT 1000 Environment: MS-DOS System: 386-33 Clone Future Domain wanted to sell us SYTOS, however they claim it doesn't work for the Sony 4-mm tape. What I'd really like to know is if there is a way to install a driver that can: A: Talk directly to the tape device in such a manner that I can use PKZIP to write/read from it B: Will talk to both types of tape drives Thank you in advance, Dwayne ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dwayne Johnson johnsond@ratserv.csus.edu | The quest for the divine Dept of History cvaln000@csupomona.edu | renders existance sublime.
