I'm looking for recommendations for AT and/or XT bus compatible cards
with on-board processor, memory and RS 232 or 422 serial
communications ports for use in a data communications application
(protocol processing).

The ideal card would also have a software development system hosted on
the PC and would allow C code cross-compilation.
