What are the best accounting packages for small businesses?  The
obvious things are needed:  general ledger, accounts receivable
and payable, payroll, and so on.   Features to help compute
job cost would be a big plus too.

Any recommendations are appreciated, and I will post a summary
to the net if there is demand.
