Okay.  Does anyone know if there are any systems for doing optical
character recognition off of a scanned picture on a Mac?

Why do I ask?  I've got a big bunch of grad school applications in
front of me, and I'd like to scan in the pages, and type on the
computer.  I know I could treat the scanned words as graphics, but I
want to be able to edit the text.
