The last time it occured it waisted a fair amount of bandwidth. Suffice to say there are those who like it and those who do not. There are those who know how to make their units move, and those who do not. If you buy a game and do not like it, sell it. As to your question on Civil War. It is completely different. I have seen it on an Apple. You move individual units, at least you issue orders to them. What they do depends on how the games parameters are setup.
