On a related note:

Now that it's become available, I'm considering purchasing an LC.
My campus bookstore tells me that it is available only in a 2/40
configuration.  However, I seem to recall an article (in MacWeek?)
about an educational version with two SuperDrives and no hard disk.
Does anyone know what has become of that?

Also, there was an announcement in October of an '020 PDS board by
Dynamac, which would allow a 68030/68882 to be installed in the LC's
single slot.  I haven't seen it advertised anywhere yet -- does
anyone know if this thing exists, and if so, where I can get it?
