Remember that use of menus-by-themselves is intended for new users only. Anyone
who is using a massive database on a regular basis is NOT a new user and has
different needs. You might want to check out "The Art of Human-Computer Interface
Design" by Laural, for both yourself, and your client's in-house programmers.
