Until he hears from them, he is not going to release the latest version to the net. If you can't deal with that, you have two options: 1) Get the latest Apple Developers' CD. An older version is on there. 2) Determine the amount of money required to defend against a trademark violation suit, include a reasonable amount if the suit is successful, and place it in an escrow account for Dean. Otherwise, just wait. That's what I'm doing, and that's what many others are doing.
