I need the ftp sites that has Switch-a-Roo 1.6 (to switch among color
depth) and Color Test Pattern Generator by Larry Pina (to test monitor).
They are all available in ZMAC of CompuServe, but I don't have access
to it and would not like to subscribe just for these two program. 
Another file I need is the MacUser Index which is a catalog that lists
all the articles published in MacUser/MacWeek. It's also available in
ZMAC (filename: muindx.sea). Can anyone who has access and also
interested in this file send me a copy?
