Can anyone recommend a good textbook on file structures? It should
cover the standard issues (sequential, indexed-sequential, hashing,
etc.), but should also have something to say about more modern
issues, such as distributed files and optical disk techniques.

Any feedback from using such a book would be most appreciated.
