I'm working on writing a few routines to make internationalization of progams
easier. To do that, I among others, check the sLanguage variable under the
[intl] section in win.ini, as described in winini2.txt. However the
sLanguage variable does not exist in my win.ini no matter what language I
set. Is there another way of getting this information?

To people at microsoft: Why?
