I'm looking for a prototyping tool for Windows development.  What I 
really want is the Windows equivalent of the DOS classic "Dan Bricklin's
Demo Program".  Do any of the various "prototyping/development" tools
such as Actor, Toolbook, etc... come close?  I need a quick way to try out
different ideas for the user interface of an application.   Any ideas?
