I believe that the OW-2.0 X binaries are compatible to the MIT relase
at patchlevel 10.  However, the OW-2.0 and MIT extensions differ somewhat.
I don't remember in which ways except that OW-2.0 does not support the
shape extension.  Perhaps someone more `in the know' will post.  I think
(but am not sure) that the only common extension is shared memory.
