Message-ID: Date: 8 Jan 91 04:56:14 GMT Sender: usenet@ra.MsState.Edu Distribution: comp Organization: Computing Center, Mississippi State University Lines: 17 Nntp-Posting-Host: ra.msstate.edu We are running Sun's Open Windows 2.0 and MIT's X11R4 servers on our systems. We have had some problems with the different font formats used by the two. We have some applications that install their own bdf fonts (like x3270) that can't be used with the openwindows server and fonts that come with openwindows that would be nice to have under MIT's server (so that things like the calendar manager look nicer using the MIT server). Do programs exist to translate font files between the two formats? Thanks in advance for any pointers.
