We are using NNTP with Cnews and rn on a DECsystem 3100.  All our software
is recent, though not completely up-to-date.

We have been unable to post articles to outside the site.

We have been receiving news properly, and we have had no problem with
e-mail.  We have checked our sys file.  I think we have covered all of the
more obvious possibilities, both here, and at our upstream site.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.  E-mailed replies should be addressed
to cctimar @ athena.cas.vanderbilt.edu.  (I'm posting this from my brother's
account, for obvious reasons.  Do not send replies here.)
