I've just started reading this group and I have enjoyed trying a few
new recipes.  A while back someone posted a recipe for "Simon &
Garfunkle" chicken.  The recipe calls for the preparation of a white
wine sauce.  I have looked in the humble cooking library that I have
and haven't found a simple white wine sauce.  If anyone has a favorite
they would like to share it would be greatly appreciated.
