If you don't damage the merchandise, there is no problem whatever with returns. You can even return it if you decide the color does not match the color scheme of the room. On the back of the invoice is a section to fill out stating why you are returning the merchandise, as well as how you want the refund applied. You can have a cash refund or have it credited towards purchase of another item. They even include a preaddressed mailing label for returns. Their customer service, from my experience, is excellent. If they had higher quality merchandise (high end stuff), then I would buy much more from them. Bill
