Sidereal clocks run FASTER than solar clocks, so you have to ADD pulses, not delete them. A previous message to this newsgroup (<77901@iuvax.cs.indiana.edu>) described the correct method, and had some references to magazine articles that described specific circuits. The references are: Sky and Telescope, July 1976. Astronomy, March 1988 and June 1988.
