The Italian submarine Nani is sunk northwest of Ireland by the 
British corvette Anemone.

Thai troops attack Cambodia, occupying several disputed border
territories.

Britain agrees to a relaxation of its blockade of German-occupied
territories; the Red Cross will be allowed to transport condensed
milk to France and wheat to Spain.

British bombers attack Italian troop concentration west of
Tobruk; Derna, Martuba, and Tripoli are hit.
