What is the latest version of CLIPS? I ask this because I made come across the
C sources in a PD catalogue ( indeed I have the stuff in my mitts at this very
moment ). The version I have is 3.11 and contains a user manual and a
technical reference along with an IBM binary.

( I made sure I got my hands on it before posting this! :) )
