Subject: Request for a paper

I have recently got the IEE International Conference on Artificial Neural Nets
and unfortunately the last paper in the volume, which I need, is not complete,
i.e., the last few pages containing the list of references and figures were
dropped out of the volume. I wonder if any body out there has the complete
paper and I would be grateful if I could have it.
The paper is:

J.A. Sirat, J.R. Viala, and C. Remus "Image Compression with Competing Multi-
layer Perceptrons", pp.404-??, IEE Intl. Conf. on ANNs,1990.

The authors are with "Laboratoire d'Electronique et de Physique appliquee",
France.
