Back from vacation......  Working on a post.

Several people have asked about nbslib/nistlib as a repository
for benchmark source code (LLNL loops, naskern, etc.)
They had a reorganization and their net address changed slightly.
The new address is properly:

	nistlib@cmr.ncsl.nist.gov

"nbslib" in place of "nistlib" will also work.  Works just like netlib.

I also have the basis for a monthly FAQ with this, the SPEC and PERFECT
addresses, etc.
