Neither!  It is commercial software, sold only by Landmark Associates of
Sunnyvale California.  Each and every copy is registered (but not copy
protected).  Every copy bears the name and address of where to write to buy
your own copy.  Some stores give a copy away with every system they sell,
but it's not legal.

Posting commercially copyrighted software seems inadvisable.

Beware!!  I once heard a computer salesman tell me that they publish
numbers only from the older versions of Landmark because they get bigger
numbers that way.  It's best to call the vendor and ask what version
they're using.  My 25 Mhz 386 system pushes version 1.07 right to the edge.
