	The subject says it all.  We are currently looking for a 4GL
	application development environment.  The target end-users are 
	running under the DOS and MacOS stand-alone single user environments.

	A rapid development environment is desired, but most importantly is
	that execution is fast.  A back-end Database Manager is desired to
	manage the Data, while a _sexy_ front-end would be nice.
