Well, it turns out that the problem is that the 386 StarLAN is ISO and
the 3B2 one isn't!

Anyone want to make a donation to a needy college? In addition to the
"3B2 OSI Network Program V3.2 or higher", we also need an upgrade of
3B2/400 UNIX to R3.2 or higher!  Thanks.
