Due to an error in editing issue 30, the software thought there were
ten messages in this issue ... thus the ' .. of 10' designation on the
nine messages before this one. 

The nine got out through the gateway before I could manually correct
them all to say  ' ... of 9'.  So this is message 10, for Usenet only.
