The book currently being used is by M. Morris Mano "Computer Engineering: Hardware Design". I really like "Structured Computer Organization" by Andrew S. Tanenbaum, but am not sure whether this book would be appropriate for the course (i.e. does it cover/comply to the ACM proposed curriculum). What books are you using? Thanks, Esmail PS: Where can I get a copy of the ACM proposed curriculum?
