I got swamped for requests for the Truevision TGA File Format and C sources
to read and write the new Version 2.0 format.  So, I decided to post the
TGA File Format and the C sources.  The file format is in Postscript form.
There were too many diagrams to make an ascii version.

My question is this:  Where should I post this?  Is this the newsgroup I
should post it to, or is there another one??
